Jowar, bajra, ragi, kuttu… These coarse grains are so important that the year 2023 is designated after them as the International Year of Millets. Let’s walk through a field of crops with our in-house food connoisseur, Vibha Varshney, and explore the diversity of cereals we have and know why they are so good—for us, our country, and our environment.
